Pour femme India has designed its “Delivery Information – Return and Replacement policy” in a way that enables a customer an exclusively delightful shopping experience at our Shopping website. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders are placed before 1 PM GMT on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, the payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped on the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

The orders might not be delivered to PO boxes or military addresses, rural addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. 

Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 4-10 working days.

For shipments delivered, the customer’s state/country may charge CUSTOM / IMPORT Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.


  1. We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Aramex. We do not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  2. For International Orders, you can easily pay through your Debit/Credit cards as well as Paypal. You can use the Paypal option to make payment through your Credit card also without creating any Paypal account.
  3. You can also pay through Bank Transfer or Western Union Money transfer or Moneygram Money transfer.
  4. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
  5. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
  6. Made on Order products usually takes 20-25 business days to dispatch.
  7. We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be a slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), the customer is free to cancel the Order and Full amount will be refunded.
  8. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
  9. International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in your order are ready with us. We don’t dispatch incomplete orders.
  10. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  11. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

All  returns  must be  postmarked   within  seven (7) days  of the purchase  date. All returned items  must  be  in new and unused condition, with all original  tags and labels  attached.
